S9 People offer a unique recruitment strategy that utilises real-life scenarios to assess and verify the skill and competency outlined in a Candidate's resume.
We have been successfully carrying out our Candidate Assessments for Clients since 2017. Recently, we have expanded our services to include the assessment of Candidates themselves, and for Recruitment Personnel looking for skill certainty prior to the placement of potential job applicants.
Upon completion of our assessment the Candidate, the Client or the Recruiter will receive confirmation of the suitability of the Candidate for the role including whether their qualifications and skills match those specified by the Candidate.
S9 People have several Assessment Packages available and custom packages can also be negotiated.

INITIAL REVIEW
S9 People perform an initial review and provide you with a comprehensive proposal. S9 People will evaluate your enquiry and propose the relevant service(s) to you in a detailed proposal.

Upon acceptance of the proposal, the S9 Team will reach out to the Candidate to provide access to the relevant S9 Candidate Assessment resources and databases to ensure the process runs smoothly.

ASSESSMENT
COMPLETED
Once the Candidate completes the Assessment, the S9 Team will provide feedback and a report for service levels four and five. Candidates will receive the S9 Certified Stamp issued at a client meeting and will now have the best chance of securing the job. The S9 Team finalises the process by issuing the invoice.
